The actions of the Agency must ensure, in any case, the maximum reserve to avoid damage to the person or entity under investigation and as a safeguard of the effectiveness of the jurisdictional or administrative procedure that may be initiated as a result of these actions.
In order to guarantee the confidentiality of the proceedings, the Agency’s staff is subject to the duty of secrecy regarding everything they learn by reason of their duties; duty that lasts after leaving the post.
