In cases where the maintenance of secrecy is required for the benefit of inspection, communication and the hearing process may be deferred. The affected person may formulate allegations and provide the documents it deems appropriate, which will be incorporated into the file.
When the Agency’s investigations personally affect senior positions, officials, managers or public or private employees, the person responsible for the institution, body or entity to which they depend or in which they provide services will be informed, except in those cases that require the maintenance of secrecy for the benefit of the investigation, in which this communication will be deferred.
