Valencia, 12 November 2025.- The Generalitat Valenciana, through the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration, Democratic Reforms and Public Freedoms, has organised the Meeting of General Inspectorates of Services, an initiative aimed at strengthening collaboration between the internal control bodies of public administrations and promoting the exchange of experiences. good practices and methodologies for action.
The meeting, held in Valencia, brought together heads and technical staff of the General Inspectorates of Services of 13 autonomous communities, as well as representatives of the General State Administration and other institutional bodies with competences in matters of internal control and administrative supervision.
The two days of work, structured in technical sessions, have made it possible to address common challenges and share innovative approaches in the field of internal control. The meeting included the closing presentation of Miguel Ángel Cervera, secretary general of the Valencian Agency for the Prevention and Fight against Fraud and Corruption (AVAF).

Alicante, 11 November 2025.– The subject “Governance and civil society in Latin America: from state intervention to local government” taught by Professor Katia Esteve, has been the space for analysis and reflection on the evolution of public control policies and new approaches based on integrity in which the Valencian Anti-Fraud Agency has participated.
The online conference, entitled “From control to integrity: experiences of fraud prevention in the Valencian Community and Latin America”, was given by Pilar Moreno, senior training technician of the Valencian Anti-Fraud Agency (AVAF), who shared experiences and challenges on institutional integrity at the state and regional level.
Valencia, 6 November 2025.- “Ethics and integrity policies in public administrations” was the title of the speech by Anselm Bodoque, head of the cabinet and studies of the Valencian Anti-Fraud Agency at the seminar on the subject “Strategic Management of Public Organisations” organised by Professor Daniel Catalá of the UPV. The seminar is aimed at students in the third and fourth year of the Degree in Management and Public Administration of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
In this training action, the AVAF has intervened with the aim of bringing the Agency’s work in the field of promoting institutional integrity closer to students and raising awareness of the importance of the culture of public ethics in future public managers.
This training action reinforces the AVAF’s commitment to the training of public managers who understand strategic management as a space of opportunity for good governance. Initiatives such as this contribute to strengthening the professionalisation of the public sector and promoting a more open, effective and accountable administration.
