València, 19 October 2026.- The Valencian Anti-Fraud Agency (AVAF) has approved its new Regulation on operations and internal governance, which implements Generalitat Law 11/2016 of 28 November on the Agency for the Prevention and Fight against Fraud and Corruption of the Valencian Community.
The new Regulation adapts the Agency’s operations to the amendments made to Law 11/2016 by Laws 3/2024 of 27 June and 5/2025 of 30 May.
The Regulation was submitted to the Consell Jurídic Consultiu for its opinion, which endorsed the Agency’s proposal. AVAF has also incorporated into the final text all the suggestions made by this statutory institution in its opinion.
