Announcement of the offer of temporary provision of job number 31, head of the Institutional Communication Support Bureau, of the Agency for the Prevention and Fight against Fraud and Corruption

In accordance with the resolution of the Agency’s management, of May 21, 2020, number 156, the following applies:
I.- Update the list of vacant positions in this Agency, for their temporary provision through the procedure of commission of services or provisional assignment, with the incorporation of civil servants and career civil servants of the different public administrations that meet the requirements demanded in the List of Agency jobs (DOGV no. 8789 / 04.15.2020).
II.- The career civil servant staff interested in participating in the process of temporary provision of job number 31, Head of Institutional Communication Support Bureau must belong to the same subgroup and meet the requirements demanded in the corresponding relationships of positions of job.
III.- To open, in order to proceed to temporary provision, a period of five business days from the day following the insertion of this announcement on the Agency’s Notice Board, for the purposes of presenting the corresponding instances, according to the model attached.
IV.- Interested persons, considering their status as a career official and, therefore, the access and availability of electronic means, must present their request for participation only through the electronic registry of this Agency:

Call for the temporary provision of different vacancies for civil servants and career civil servants of the different public administrations

Resolution number 32/2021, of January 26, of the director of the Agency for the Prevention and Fight against Fraud and Corruption of the Valencian Community, which calls for the temporary provision of different vacancies of an official nature of the Agency, by civil servants and career civil servants of the different Public Administrations.

I Seminar on European Models of anti-corruption agencies: Experiences from Italy and Portugal

On May 30, at the headquarters of the Valencian Antifraud Agency, organized by Mrs. Silvia Vernia, director of Prevention, training and documentation, the first seminar on “European models of anti-corruption agencies: experiences from Italy and Portugal”, with experts from Italy and Portugal.

After the presentation made by the Director of the Agency, Mr. Joan Llinares, the speakers’ intervention was made.

The first, carried out by Luis Manuel Macedo Pinto De Sousa, from the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Lisbon, dealt with the “Corruption risk assessment and prevention plans in Portugal”.

The second presentation dealt with the “Italian Experience of ANAC and Anti-Corruption Plans” which was presented by Luigi Foffani, Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Modena and Region of Emilia

After the presentation of both papers, an interesting question time was opened with the Agency staff.
